Self-Pay Rates
- Intake Session $145 (55 minutes)
- Regular Session $125 (45-55 minutes)
Deposit for First Session (Intake Session)
Intake sessions cost $100, due at the time of scheduling. This payment will be applied to your first session fee. If you owe less, you will be reimbursed. If you owe more, you will be charged for the remaining balance at that time. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. If notice is not given, your $100 payment will be used as the late-cancellation or no-show fee.
Insurance
I currently accept Aetna & BCBS, and hope to soon be in-network with several other insurance companies. This is changing daily. Please call to see if I accept your insurance. 405-927-4728
Please Note: Depending on your current health insurance provider or employee benefit plan, it is possible for services to be covered in full or in part. Please contact your insurance company to verify how your plan compensates you for psychotherapy services.
I’d recommend asking these questions to your insurance provider to help determine your benefits:
- Does my health insurance plan include mental health benefits?
- Do I have a deductible? If so, what is it and have I met it yet?
- Does my plan limit how many sessions per calendar year I can have? If so, what is the limit?
- Do I need written approval from my primary care physician in order for services to be covered
Scholarships for Counseling
Limited scholarships are available for those in need. Scholarships do not cover the full cost of the session, but help in-part. Please let me know if you are interested discuss a scholarship to help pay for counseling services.
Late-Cancellation/No-Show Policy
Please call or email the office 24 hours in advance to cancel or reschedule your appointment for any reason.
The full session fee will be charged ($125) to the credit card kept on file for late-cancellations or no shows. Insurance does not cover these fees.
Voice messages will count as an adequate notice of cancellation if left 24 hours before your appointment.
