Deposit for First Session (Intake Session)
A $100 deposit is required at the time you schedule your intake appointment. This deposit will be applied to the cost of your first session.
If your insurance co-pay is less than $100, you will be reimbursed the difference.
If your co-pay is more than $100, or if your deductible has not been met, the remaining balance will be due at your appointment.
Cancellations & Rescheduling Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. If less than 24 hours’ notice is given or you do not attend your appointment, the $100 deposit will be applied as the late-cancellation or no-show fee.
Insurance
I currently accept Aetna & BCBS, and hope to soon be in-network with several other insurance companies. This is changing daily. Please call to see if I accept your insurance. 405-927-4728
Please Note: Depending on your current health insurance provider or employee benefit plan, it is possible for services to be covered in full or in part. Please contact your insurance company to verify how your plan compensates you for psychotherapy services.
I’d recommend asking these questions to your insurance provider to help determine your benefits:
- Does my health insurance plan include mental health benefits?
- Do I have a deductible? If so, what is it and have I met it yet?
- Does my plan limit how many sessions per calendar year I can have? If so, what is the limit?
- Do I need written approval from my primary care physician in order for services to be covered
Self-Pay Rates:
- Intake Session - $165 (55 minutes)
- Regular Session - $150 (45-55 minutes)
Scholarships for Counseling
Limited scholarships are available for those in need. Scholarships do not cover the full cost of the session, but help in-part. Please let me know if you are interested discuss a scholarship to help pay for counseling services.
Late-Cancellation/No-Show Policy
Please call or email the office 24 hours in advance to cancel or reschedule your appointment for any reason.
The late cancellation/no-show fee is $150, which will be charged to the credit card kept on file. Insurance does not cover these fees.
Voice messages will count as an adequate notice of cancellation if left 24 hours before your appointment.
